The video above is a great example of what it takes to connect a LM35 sensor to your sproutboard in about 5 minutes. Code example in the video can be downloaded here.
The parts needs for this are extremely easy. One LM35 Sensor and if you want to place this remotely I recommend 2 strand cat 3 for the wire.
